Selah Cliffs Hike
Hosted by Eastern Washington Adventures
Report and photos by Clay Graham / Selah Sweets
On Sunday March 19th, 2017, we packed up camp at the Umtanum Recreation Area (see report) and headed down the Yakima River Canyon to the Selah Cliffs Natural Area Preserve to hike the trail.
It was a nice day for a hike. We hiked to the end of the trail near the Fred G. Redmon Bridge (Interstate 82). From there you can look up the Selah Cliffs at the Selah Creek Rest Area.
On the way back we noticed you could see Mount Rainier and Cleman Mountain.
