Thanksgiving Snow Wheeling

On Saturday November 19th, 2005, the All Wheelers Off Road Club members and some others met up in Tampico to do a early Thanksgiving 4×4 run up on Sedge Ridge in the snow.

The Sedge Ridge 4×4 Trail was challenging. We could not make it up Rocky Climb so we went around on the Ahtanum South Fork Road and hit the trail higher. We moved on up and got stopped by mud under the snow just before the Dual Climb. We all gave it a shot for fun.

next we turned around and ran the Sedge Ridge 4×4 out and across the ridge toward Tampico. We dropped down the A-2420 and on out through the Ahtanum Sno-park.

This was a very fun day.
